The
Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications,
or ACEJMC, is the agency responsible for the evaluation of professional
journalism and mass communications programs in colleges and universities.

standards: These standards are in effect and were first applied in accreditation
reviews starting in the 2005 - 2006 academic year.
"Diversity:
Best Practices": ACEJMC has published this book describing
actions schools have used successfully to diversify their faculties,
student bodies and curricula. Copies are available.
